Davanti Enoteca: The Italian restaurant, part of Francesca’s Restaurants chain, is giving customers spaghetti and meatballs with a house salad and warm bread for $10. Details here. The two California locations are 12955 El Camino Real at Del Mar Highlands Town Center in Del Mar, and in Little Italy at 1655 India St. in San Diego.

Olive Garden restaurants abound throughout California -- which is great because the chain has two specials underway. “Lunch Duos,” served Monday through Friday until 3 p.m., starts at $6.99 and includes a spaghetti with meal sauce mini pasta bowl (or other entrees), house salad and breadsticks. And Monday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. is the "Early Dinner Duo" that offers various pasta options, paired with "endless" soup or salad and breadsticks.
