LAVTA Shortens Service Hours Amid Countywide Curfew

The Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority announced plans to adjust its service schedule amid Alameda County's curfew.

LIVERMORE, CA — The Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority announced changes to its Tri-Valley service routes Monday as the county headed into a curfew order Monday through Friday morning, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The announcement came hours after LAVTA said Wheels and Rapid bus services would be suspended Monday after noon. LAVTA previously suspended Dublin, Pleasanton and Livermore operations Sunday at 7 p.m.

Per LAVTA, here are the bus schedule changes this week:

  • Route 1 – no changes
  • Route 3 – last trip from East Bart – 8:22pm; last trip from Stoneridge Mall – 8:40pm
  • Route 8 – no changes
  • Route 10 – last trip from East BART – 8:03pm; last trip from Transit Center – 8:41pm
  • Route 14 – last trip from East BART – 8:02pm; last trip from Transit Center – no change
  • Route 15 – no changes
  • Route 30 – last trip from West BART – 8:47pm; last trip from East & Vasco – 8:47pm
  • Route 53 – no changes
  • Route 54 – no changes
