LIVERMORE, CA — The power has been restored to 2,386 Livermore customers who were without electricity Sunday afternoon. The outage started at 12:30 p.m. Pacific Gas & Electric says the electricity was restored by about 3 p.m.
The cause of the power outage is not known. No other information is available.
