Livermore Will Not Hold Annual July 4 Fireworks Display In 2021
That appears to be driving a surge in illegal fireworks use, Livermore police said.
LIVERMORE, CA — The City of Livermore will not hold its annual Fourth of July Fireworks display this year.
The city said it had to make the decision earlier in the year, at a time when it was grappling with more unknowns and uncertainty. Livermore does, however, plan to bring the event back in 2022.
Meanwhile, Livermore police report a surge in illegal fireworks use.
