Livermore Wineries Host Fundraiser For Fire Victims
Ten percent of all the proceeds raised at participating wineries will be donated to those affected by the deadly Camp Fire in Butte County.

LIVERMORE, CA — Several Livermore wineries will host a fundraiser this weekend to benefit those affected by the deadly wildfires. Nov. 16 through Nov. 18, Embodied Wines, Longevity Wines, Nottingham Cellars, Wood Family Vineyards, Altamont Beerworks, McKahn Family Cellars and Occasio Winery will donate 10 percent of all proceeds raised to the North Valley Community Foundation to help fire victims, according to the Livermore Valley Winegrowers Association.
The Camp Fire in Butte County has left 56 people dead. Officials said 130 people remained unaccounted for in and around the small town of Paradise, which is east of the city of Chico and popular with retirees. (Click here to see the Camp Fire Missing Persons List.)
The Camp Fire has also become the most destructive fire in state history, with more than 10,000 structures destroyed, most of them homes.

The fire has scorched 140,000 acres and destroyed 8,650 single-family homes, 106 multi-family homes, 260 businesses and 1,301 minor structures. Another 15,500 structures remain threatened, according to Cal Fire. (Click here to see the Camp Fire Structure Status map.)
