Tri-Valley Home Prices Climb; See How Your Community Fared
The number of sales dropped as prices rose everywhere but San Ramon, according to the Bay East Association of Realtors.
TRI-VALLEY, CA — Tri-Valley home sales prices are on the rise compared to this time last year, according to the Bay East Association of Realtors. Fewer homes were sold and prices increased last month, compared to February 2019, realtors say.
Median home prices increased across the Tri-Valley, except in San Ramon, which saw little change:

This year also saw fewer homes on the market and fewer homes sold. Homes spent slightly less time on the market in February 2020, though homeowners in Alamo and Livermore spent more time this year trying to find a buyer, according to Bay East Association of Realtors statistics.
"Fewer choices drove up prices," the association said in its monthly report.
