Wheels To Partially Restore Service To Pre-COVID Levels

For almost fifteen months, the Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority (Wheels) has been operating at a significantly reduced level of service as a result of decreased demand due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. With the State of California planning to fully reopen the economy on June 15, Wheels will restore some of those services.

Effective Monday June 14, weekday service will be reinstated to pre-COVID levels from approximately 6:00-9:00 am and 3:00-6:00 pm on Routes 1, 3, 8, 10R, 14, and 30R. Route 15 will return to all-day pre-COVID service levels. Service will continue to end at 11 pm.
