Winds Prompt Traffic Advisory On I-580: CHP

LIVERMORE, CA — The California Highway Patrol issued a traffic advisory Tuesday afternoon for Interstate 580 between S. Vasco and Grant Line roads near the Altamont Pass.

Gusty winds are affecting all the lanes of traffic in both directions. Drivers are urged to use caution.
