Free Concert and Movie in the Park in Rossmoor

Bring your dancing shoes and a big of popcorn to enjoy this two-for-one fun.

The Movie in the Park ‘Big Hero 6’ has been rescheduled for July 31. The movie will follow a free concert.

The two for one fun begins at 6:30 p.m. with a stellar Concert in the Park featuring the ‘King Salmon Band’ playing your favorite dance hits. The concert will be followed by the Disney film on an ultra big screen. Sponsored by the RCSD Recreation Department, Rossmoor is celebrating over 10 years of offering free Movies in the Park.

It all takes place in Rossmoor’s beautiful Rush Park. Families should plan on arriving early for preferred seating. Friends, families and neighbors can enjoy a picnic style dinner together prior to the show. Recreation staff will be offering CHICK-FIL-A, fresh popcorn, soda and candy. It is encouraged that you bring blankets, low chairs, flashlights, and your dancing shoes.
