Select daily dishes at the water’s edge now include Avocado Toast with Grilled Rustic Bread, Olive Oil, Smashed Avocado, Red Onion Honey Jam, Tomato, and Arugula, with Turkey upon request; Prosciutto & Mozzarella Sandwich with Arugula, Mozzarella Cheese, Balsamic Reduction, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Grilled Sourdough Bread; Beef Barbocoa Tacos with Slow Braised Short Rib, Onion, Cilantro and Chile Serrano Cream; Shrimp Adobo with Pan-Roasted Jumbo Gulf Shrimp, Achiote Butter Sauce, Crispy Cauliflower and Brussels Sprouts; Shrimp Mercado Ceviche with Steamed Shrimp, Chipotle Marinade, Jicama, Scallions, Fresh Avocado, Fried Corn Tortillas; Taco Trios with a selection of Tequila Lime Chicken, Cilantro Jalapeño Skirt Steak, and Grilled Mahi Mahi, that are topped with jalapeño cabbage, cilantro slaw, tomatillo avocado sauce and crema fresca; and Barbacoa Quesadilla with Short Rib Barbacoa, Blend of Mexican Cheeses Onions, Cilantro and Mango Chipotle Honey Salsa.
