Hotel Maya Reopens Outdoor, Waterfront Fuego Restaurant
Fuego offers signature Street Tacos, Margaritas And Views while basking in the open-air, seaside setting; Live steel drum entertainment

Fuego is bringing just enough heat to its waterfront restaurant during its limited reopening with its signature street tacos, handcrafted margaritas and spectacular views beginning Friday, June 12 from 4-9 p.m., and Saturday, June 13 and Sunday, June 14 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Live steel drum entertainment will enhance the oceanfront experience on Saturday, June 13 from 1-4 p.m.
Fuego’s outdoor-indoor restaurant offers a fresh and clean, open-air, unique seaside setting that features 13-foot-tall glass walls that fully retract with seating on the outdoor patio area, adjacent lanai spaces and indoors all with safe distancing amid an alfresco atmosphere.

“Fuego is open for limited business and will be providing the same great Latin food, guest services and spectacular ocean views in a very clean, safe and welcoming open-air environment,” said Greg Guthrie, General Manager at Hotel Maya - a DoubleTree by Hilton. “I invite everyone to come to Fuego at the water’s edge this weekend to feed their soul with our signature tacos and replenish their spirit with plenty of sunshine and fresh air in the great outdoors.”
Fuego’s award-winning Executive Chef Victor Juarez is serving Fuego Street Tacos with a selection of Tequila Lime Chicken, Cilantro Jalapeño Skirt Steak, Grilled Mahi Mahi, and Roasted Mushrooms and Vegetables that are topped with jalapeño cabbage, cilantro slaw, tomatillo avocado sauce and crema fresca. Fuego will also be serving Fire Roasted Salsa with Tortilla Chips, Guacamole with Tortilla Chips and Spicy Hummus with Pita Chips.

In addition, Fuego is offering its signature red or white “Sangria” along with “Prepared Cocktails” including Tequila Paloma, Vodka Mule, Vodka Soda, Spicy Bloody Mary, Gin and Tonic, and Rum and Coke; “Beers” with a selection of domestic, craft and imports; “Wine” with a variety of whites and reds; and “Hard Seltzer” with natural lime, ruby grapefruit, raspberry, mango and black cherry.
