LBUSD: Board To Consider Additional Meeting

The Long Beach Unified School District Board of Education at its May 17 meeting will consider scheduling an additional board meeting for 5 p.m., Wednesday, May 26 to allow further input on the school district’s Local Control and Accountability Plan. Board meetings are held at the Browning High School Community Room, 2180 Obispo Ave., Long Beach. Although the board would meet in person at the additional session, only a limited number of staff would be present, and the meeting would take place with continued COVID-19 precautions, with public testimony provided remotely as detailed in this Board Meeting Public Comment Modification Notice.
