Long Beach Man Dragged A Mile In Hit And Run
A 25-year-old man died Friday morning, and authorities are asking for help piecing together his final moments.
LOS ANGELES, CA — A man was killed Friday morning when he was struck by a vehicle on the Hollywood (101) Freeway and dragged for nearly a mile.
A 25-year-old Joshua Gray, of Long Beach was found in the road in the East Hollywood area, according to the California High Patrol. Investigators are working to determine how he ended up there. Authorities believe he was struck by a vehicle on the southbound 101 at Fountain Avenue, then dragged about a mile to the 700 block of North Ardmore.
Just before 5 a.m. Friday, authorities were called to North Ardmore Avenue near Melrose Avenue, where they found a Gray lying in the road.

Authorities are working to determine if the hit and run is related to an earlier two-car crash on the freeway.
