'Loves Them Like His Own': Long Beach Father's Day Photo

LONG BEACH, CA – Sons and daughters become a reflection of the dads who raise them. With Father's Day 2018 right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond with Patch readers' best photos with their dads.

This photo was sent to us by Nicole Ash of her children and their step-father. It was taken at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach on March 22, 2013, and shows Step-Dad Mike, along with Isabelle and Gavin.

"He loves my children as if they are his own, and they love him right back," Nicole said. "I’m so happy that my kids are blessed with such an amazing role model!"
