Celebrate Mardi Gras early this year with the Long Beach Symphony as they present POPS!: Mardi Gras Madness. Mardi Gras means masks, madness, and most of all, music. Celebrate with fan-favorite Matt Catingub as he presents a lively, fun-filled musical evening centered around the distinct style that makes New Orleans the cit of jazz.
This concert marks the inaugural launch of Long Beach Symphony’s POPS! Pride initiative to honor and celebrate the vibrant LGBTQ community! Use promotion code PRIDE30 when buying tickets online or by phone to get 30% off any price category. The PRIDE30 code will also include an invitation to a pre-concert reception at 6 PM. POPS! Pride is sponsored in conjunction with the Long Beach Gay and Lesbian Center, Long Beach Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, Schulzman-Neri Foundation, and Buttercloth.

The POPS! Series is a fun and friendly way to enjoy an entertaining night out. There are two ways to experience the POPS! - either at a table of 10 on the Arena floor or from the upstairs loge in a stadium-style seat.
The concert begins at 8 PM, but the doors open at 6:30 PM. You are encouraged to come early and bring a picnic dinner to enjoy before the show. If you can’t bring your own food and drink there are also concessions available at the Arena.
