3 People Wounded In Shooting At Sherman Oaks Sports Bar
Three people suffered non-life-threatening injuries in a bar shooting that unfolded after an argument between several people.
SHERMAN OAKS, CA — Three people suffered injuries during a shooting at a sports bar in Sherman Oaks early Sunday morning, Los Angeles Police Department officials said.
The shooting occurred after 1:30 a.m. at The Woodman sports bar at 13615 Ventura Blvd., according to a watch commander at the department's Van Nuys station. The incident unfolded on the first weekend bars in Los Angeles County were permitted to remain open until 2 a.m.
All three victims were in stable condition and no arrests had been made as of 11 a.m. Sunday, LAPD officer Rosario Cervantes told Patch.

The shooting followed an argument that turned violent. A drive-by shooting later occurred with someone in the crowd outside firing shots at the car, ABC7 reported.
Two victims were taken to a hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries while a third was driven to a hospital by a friend. ABC7 reported. One person was shot in the leg and another person was shot in the foot, police said.

One person was later detained and eventually released in connection with the shooting, officials said.
Video from the scene showed bar patrons gathered outside after the shooting as police conducted an investigation behind yellow police tape, KLTA reported.
"We're still in the preliminary stages (of the investigation)," the watch commander said.
