Fairfax Rubbish Fire Under Investigation
Crews stopped a rubbish fire in an alley North Fairfax Avenue from spreading to nearby buildings Tuesday morning.
LOS ANGELES, CA — Authorities are investigating the cause of a rubbish fire that broke out Tuesday morning in an alley in the Fairfax area.
According to Fox11, the fire was in a homeless encampment. Firefighters were called to the scene in the 300 block of North Fairfax Avenue at about 7:50 a.m. Crews worked for about 20 minutes to but out the flames and stop them from spreading to a nearby building.
No injuries were reported in the fire.
