Help Needed Finding Missing 26-Year-Old LA Woman

SAN PEDRO, CA -- Los Angeles police asked for the public's help Sunday in finding a missing 23-year-old San Pedro woman. Police said Haley Downen was last seen around 5:15 p.m. Saturday on the shore line trail between Royal Palms beach and the Trump National Golf Course.

Harbor Area patrol officers searched the area and found items of personal property belonging to Downen, police said.

Downen is described as a white female with blonde hair, green eyes, small build. She stands 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs approximately 138 pounds. Downen has a tattoo on her left leg.
