Louis Tomlinson Will Play The Wiltern In LA July 17: Tickets

LOS ANGELES, CA — Former One Direction crooner Louis Tomlinson is striking out on his own with a solo album and tour. "Louis Tomlinson World Tour 2020" will stop in Los Angeles for a show at The Wiltern July 17, and tickets are now on sale.

The Wiltern Theatre is located within the Art Deco landmark on Wilshire Boulevard in LA. Shows are currently managed by Live Nation to bring today's most prominent acts to the stage. The venue holds 1,850 patrons, so you're guaranteed to have an up-close view in the intimate theater.

This summer, the iconic American theater will see a British influence when Tomlinson takes the stage. The "Louis Tomlinson World Tour 2020" comes on the heels of the singer's first solo album. His debut EP, "Walls," is slated for release January 31, 2020.

This isn't Tomlinson's first solo endeavor. After One Direction split in 2016, the singer released his debut single, "Just Hold On," which peaked at number two on the UK Singles Charts and was Certified Gold in the United States. The following year, he released "Back to You" with Bebe Rexha and "Miss You."

The pop prince is quite multitalented. Tomlinson owns a record label, and was even a player for the Doncaster Rovers soccer team in England. He has also had stints as a judge on "The X Factor," on which he was a former contestant.
