Manhunt On For 'Armed And Dangerous' Suspect In Fatal Stabbing
According to LA Sheriff's Department detectives, a stabbing victim identified her estranged husband as her attacker before she died.

SANTA CLARITA, CA — Police are looking for the estranged husband of a woman stabbed to death in the Santa Clarita area Thursday morning.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, the woman identified her husband as her attacker before she died at the hospital. Two children were in the home at the time of the attack, according to CBS2.
Sheriff's Lt. Barry Hall told CBS2, "Prior to dying, she identified her estranged husband, who we are naming as James Matthew Dorsey, as the person who stabbed her."

Dorsey is considered armed and dangerous. He is believed to be driving a white Chevy Malibu, 4-door sedan with a California plate of 7ALF904. Dorsey, 41, is from Washington State. He is described as a white, 5’06, 165 lbs.
According to investigators, the stabbing occurred at about 5:10 a.m. in the 22800 block of Fir Court. The woman's name was not immediately identified by authorities.

"The information we have right now is that he's not even living in the state, and they were certainly estranged, he's not even welcome at the house — he probably forced his way through the door at the back," Hall said.
