ANAHEIM, CA — America's most famous shock rocker, Marilyn Manson, is coming to California for a show at the House of Blues. Tickets are now on sale to see Manson and his band in Anaheim on Saturday, Nov. 2.

Marilyn Manson has been known for his controversial show tactics since the mid 1990s, and this current tour promises to live up to his infamy. Starting in Louisville, KY, on Sept. 29, Manson's 2019 tour stops in 10 cities across the Western U.S., wrapping up in Phoenix, AZ, on Nov. 3.

Born Brian Hugh Warner, Marilyn Manson is known by his stage name, formed by combining the names of two 1960s pop culture icons: Marilyn Monroe and Charles Manson. The irony, of course, was intentional. Manson has garnered quite the bad reputation since, which makes him all the more beloved by his fans.

Musically, he is best known for his 1990s records "Antichrist Superstar" and "Mechanical Animals."It was his performances, however, that elevated Manson to icon status. The most shocking of all the shock rockers, Marilyn Manson's on-stage stunts embraced the grotesque.

In 2013, he dedicated "Disposable Teens" to Paris Jackson, the daughter of famed pop star Michael Jackson. Paris reportedly wasn't allowed to attend a Marilyn Manson content, so the singer tweeted, "You will be on my guest list anytime you want," before the show.
