Search Underway For Missing 11-Year-Old Girl In South LA
Police are asking for help finding 11-year-old Aaliyah Santana, who was last seen in South Los Angeles Thursday.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Los Angeles police are asking for help finding an 11-year-old girl who went missing in South Los Angeles.
The child has been going through a difficult time lately, and her family is worried about her safety, according to authorities. Aaliyah Santana was last seen Thursday night near 54th Street and Long Beach Avenue, according to the Angeles Police Department.
"She is a foster child, who recently had been placed in the care of a relative near where she was last seen," police said in a statement.

Aaliyah is Black, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs about 120 pounds. She has black hair with red dreadlocks and brown eyes.
