SoFi Stadium Body Search Underway

A county dive team was called to search the lake outside SoFi Stadium Wednesday morning following reports of a body in the water.

INGLEWOOD, CA — A county dive team searched the lake outside SoFi Stadium for a possible body Wednesday morning.

According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, firefighters were sent to the facility shortly after 6 a.m. following reports of a body in the water. One caller reported seeing a person jump into the water but never came out.

As of 8 a.m., authorities had not recovered a body.
