Woman Caught On Camera Hurling Puppy At Man In LA Altercation
A man who said he was worried for his own safety began filming the altercation in the Mid-City area when the woman suddenly threw the pup.

LOS ANGELES, CA — A woman was caught on camera hurling a puppy at a man during an altercation Friday afternoon in Los Angeles.
The footage was recorded and posted by a 20-year-old rapper named Mula, who told KTLA he scooped up the whimpering puppy and took it home when he saw that it was in danger.
Mula said he began recording the video after the woman walked up to his car window and slapped him. The profanity-laced video begins with a blond woman in a black crop top approaching the camera.

“I see you're Black,” she says while holding the puppy in her arms.
“So what if I am Black?” Mula responds.

“Exactly,” she spits back.
The video continues without much coherence. The woman claims not to have an identity, and she accuses Mula of being part of the Illuminati.
“I thought she was just gonna to walk away, go home. And I was going to get in my car and leave,” Mula told KTLA. “But she wouldn’t let me get in my car …. I was trying to move around. She kept blocking my way.
“I asked if that was her dog because I realized there was something wrong with her. That’s when she threw the dog at me. That’s animal abuse.”
The puppy whimpers as it bounces off Mula and slams onto the pavement, landing on its back. Then the puppy runs to Mula, cowering at his feet.
As she approaches to retrieve the dog, Mula tells her to back off.
“This is not your dog no more,” he said. “I’ve got a video of everything.”
He warns her she will go to jail for animal abuse.
A Los Angeles Police Department spokesman was not able to confirm if the incident had been reported. However, there could be two potential crimes — animal cruelty and assault, said LAPD Officer Mike Chan.
Mula said he is in the process of adopting the dog, which he named Movie. He posted a GoFundMe page to help raise funds for her vet treatment. As of Wednesday afternoon, more than 400 donors had given $7,200 for the pup.
