Author Janet Fouts Offers Ways for Caregivers to Keep Healthy

Author Janet Fouts gave a timely talk about her book When Life Hits the Fan on March 12 sponsored by Westmont of Milpitas. (Pictured l-r) Fouts, Milpitas Chamber members Frank De Smidt and Inderjit Mundra along with other audience members who wait for her to sign copies of the book. Fouts is a mindfulness and emotional intelligence coach, who has shared her and experiences of other caregivers while highlighting the activities that caregivers can do to care for their own body and soul. The practices in this book come from her training and own caregiving journey. Westmont of Milpitas is the area’s newest senior living community scheduled to open this fall.
