'Frost/Nixon' Debuts At Mountain View Performing Arts Center

The riveting production highlights the banter between English television talk show host David Frost and former U.S. President Richard Nixon.

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA -- In keeping the holiday entertainment going, TheatreWorks Silicon Valley will kick off the new year with the Tony and Olivier Award nominated drama "Frost/Nixon."

Peter Morgan won a Golden Globe for the production, which features English talk show host David Frost interviewing former U.S. President Richard Nixon, who resigned from office when facing impeachment during the Watergate scandal.

It's a riveting political prize fight as the cameras roll, the truth spins, and it becomes clear that he who controls the medium controls the message. With America caught in the riptides of Watergate and Vietnam, the former leader of the free world and a lightweight British talk-show host clash in a legendary series of television interviews.
