Grants Available To Support 'Community For All' In Mountain View
Up to $60,000 will go to local groups serving immigrant and mixed-status families. Applications being accepted, but there is a deadline.

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA – For organizations that serve immigrant communities in Mountain View, the city is offering one-time disbursement grants to promote "A Community for All."
The city has allocated $60,000 for the funding, and applications are now available for eligible service agencies, community-based organizations and other groups to fund services for immigrant communities and mixed-status families in the city of Mountain View, officials said.
"As part of the major goals setting for Fiscal Years 2018-19, the City Council adopted an affirmation that Mountain View is committed to protecting vulnerable populations and preserving the socioeconomic and cultural diversity of the community," the city said. "This Community for All grant program provides the city with an opportunity to partner with community-based organizations and nonprofits and to utilize existing services, programs and networks that ensure resources go directly to our neighbors in need."

The deadline for completed applications is Sept. 19, 2018.
