Mountain View and Los Altos Schools Raise $6000 at The Counter

A few weeks ago, right before for the official opening of The Counter Mountain View on June 17, the burger joint opened its doors for a good cause.

On June 15th, The Counter served it up for the Mountain View and Los Altos communities and all of the proceeds from the food went to benefit the MVLA High School FoundationMountain View Educational Foundation and Los Altos Educational Foundation

In total the event raised $5,484 in sales. The Counter then rounded it up to $6,000, according to the MVLA Foundation Facebook page. The organizations then split the amount three ways.

"Managing Partner Peter Katz said he thought that this was a great partnership. We agree and thank the Counter for supporting our local schools!" the post read.
