Mountain View Continúa Con Las Protecciones De Desalojo

Todas las demás disposiciones de la ordenanza de la Ciudad permanecen en vigor.

August 26, 2020

(Mountain View, California) - During the City Council meeting on August 25, Mountain View extended the local emergency ordinance which suspends evictions for non-payment of rent for residential tenants until November 30, 2020, with possible future extensions based on actions taken by the County of Santa Clara. Additionally, the period in which tenants must pay back rent was extended from 180 days to 12 months from the expiration of the ordinance, with at least half paid within six months, which is in line with the payment period of the Santa Clara County. All other provisions of the City ordinance remain in effect.
