Santa Clara County Deputies to Participate in National Night Out

Santa Clara County, CA -- Deputies from the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Department will join other officers across the country in the annual National Night Out campaign.

The campaign is an event aimed at promoting police partnerships to improve neighborhoods. Residents are encouraged to attend the event to meet local deputies, firefighters and neighbors.

The Sheriff's Department will host National Night Out events from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the following areas:

San Jose:

• Santa Clara County Reentry Resource Center at 151 W. Mission Street
• Marijane Hamann Park at 2747 Westfield Avenue
• New Almaden Community Club at 21727 Bertram Road

• Target at 20745 Stevens Creek Blvd.

Saratoga:

• West Valley Fire Station at 19800 Cox Avenue

• El Monte Fire Station at 12355 El Monte Road
