$1M Bail Set For Man Accused Of Grabbing Girl In Murrieta
Samuel Ricardo Dominguez, 34, is accused of grabbing and trying to kiss a 17-year-old girl in a Murrieta parking lot.

MURRIETA, CA โ A man who allegedly attempted to grab and kiss a 17-year-old girl in a Murrieta parking lot remained jailed Friday in lieu of $1 million bail.
Samuel Ricardo Dominguez, 34, was arrested by Murrieta police Thursday morning following the alleged incident outside of a medical office building on Hancock Avenue.
According to Murrieta police, a call was received about a suspicious man. When officers got on scene, the suspect, later identified as Dominguez, was spotted near the open door of a parked SUV, but he quickly fled on a skateboard when he saw police.

Officers caught up with him and checked on a 17-year-old girl who was inside the SUV. She told police she was waiting for her parents who were inside the medical building when Dominguez approached her, grabbed her and tried to kiss her while the SUV door was ajar.
Dominguez was being held at Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility in Banning on suspicion of false imprisonment and sexual battery, both felonies. He was also being held on suspicion of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, jail records show. Formal charges were pending; Dominguez is due in court Monday.

Riverside County court records show Dominguez has had several run-ins with the law and is scheduled to be arraigned next week on a single charge of misdemeanor lewd conduct in a separate case. According to Murrieta police, Dominguez has prior sexual assault arrests throughout California, Arizona, Texas and Oregon.
