Average Murrieta Area Gas Price Rises Again

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Riverside County rose 1.1 cents Friday to $3.679, the second consecutive increase following a five-day streak of decreases totaling 1.9 cents.

The average price is seven-tenths of a cent less than one week ago and 9.2 cents lower than one month ago, but 8.3 cents higher than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The streak of decreases ended Thursday with an increase of one-tenth of a cent.
