Beginning Monday, June 12, RTAโ€™s Route 202 will operate extended seven-day-a-week service, picking up passengers at the Murrieta Walmart and Temeculaโ€™s Promenade Mall before heading to Oceanside. The so called Beach Bus is a bargain for students on vacation, surfers, swimmers and sun-worshippers looking for a
convenient and stress-free trip to the beach. The seasonal service ends August 26.

General round-trip fares to the beach are $6. Seniors, veterans and disabled customers ride for $4. They simply fl ash their student ID and ride for a quarter to the movies, the mall, the beach โ€” anywhere RTA buses go, anytime they operate.
