Clinton Keith Closure Lifted Near Tenaja Fire
The CHP says all motorists will now be allowed to pass.

MURRIETA, CA โ The California Highway Patrol has removed a road block on a busy Murrieta area thoroughfare thatโs been closed for multiple days due to the Tenaja Fire. All motorists can now use Clinton Keith Road to access the community of La Cresta.
According to fire officials, all road closures are officially lifted as of 1 p.m., but the coast isnโt completely clear just yet.
โFurther, intermittent closures are possible in the area of the Tenaja Fire as firefighters continue working toward full containment of the fire,โ the Riverside County Fire Department said Saturday afternoon. โPlease drive safely in this area as fire personnel continue to work in the area.โ

The wildfire possibly ignited by lightning just west of Murrieta has burned 2,000 acres and was 35% contained Saturday morning and firefighters anticipated full containment by Tuesday.
It was reported at 3:55 p.m. Wednesday in the area of Clinton Keith and Tenaja roads in the unincorporated community of La Cresta, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
