1 Hospitalized In I-215 Rollover Wreck

MURRIETA, CA — A major crash Tuesday in Murrieta has sent one person to the hospital, according to reports from the scene.

Traffic was at a standstill on the 215 Freeway following the rollover wreck, which was first reported at 11:53 a.m. near the Clinton Keith Road exit, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Preliminary reports indicate a truck flipped and landed in the middle of the northbound side of the freeway, sending a "lot of debris" across all of the lanes.

Crews at the scene said they pulled a woman from the truck. An ambulance rushed her to the hospital.

Lanes were reopened around 12:30 p.m.
