Looking for a unique adventure with the kids?

PERRIS, CA - "Peanuts" characters will be celebrating Halloween next month aboard trains at the Orange Empire Railway Museum, where visitors will be treated to activities celebrating the 50th anniversary of the animated classic, "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown."
The museum will be rolling out the Great Pumpkin Patch Express for the weekends of Oct. 15-16 and 22-23, during which riders can take trips to the "Most Sincere Pumpkin Patch," where they can decorate gourds, take pictures with Charlie Brown and Snoopy or romp in piles of hay.
In addition to the Great Pumpkin Patch Express, visitors can take rides aboard a vintage trolley and street car.

"It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" aired on CBS in October 1966, originating from the comic strip created by Charles M. Schulz in 1950. The artist's "A Charlie Brown Christmas" aired the previous December.
