Lemonade for Ford: Near drowning victim in the fight of his life
Come support this little fighter and his family today by donating at one of our lemonade and baked good stands

Toddler, Ford Velasquez suffered a near drowning at a community pool in the area on March 29. He recently awoke from a two-month coma, contrary to doctors' prognosis, and he's still fighting to regain full consciousness at Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego. With prayers and support from family, friends and neighbors, Fordy is making slow but steady progress with his parents, Frank and Sabrina by his side.
Friends have organized Lemonade for Ford in an effort to ease the Velasquez family's financial burden and show support as they go through such a trying ordeal. Come enjoy lemonade and baked goods at two stands in the neighborhood today, June 11, from 2:30 to 6:30 PM at Clinton Keith/Murrieta Oaks East and Antelope Hills Elementary at Murrieta Oaks East/Carlton Oaks. Of course, 100% of proceeds will go to Fordy and his family.
