More Condos Planned On Washington Avenue, Near Murrieta Valley HS

The project adds to existing housing development along Washington.

MURRIETA, CA โ€” Construction of 60 condominiums in Murrieta will likely move forward, although the public still has an opportunity to voice concerns.

A Development Plan Permit calls for the construction of the 60 units within 15 buildings on a 4.43-acre site at the southeast corner of Lemon Street and Washington Avenue, adding to the existing housing development in the area.

Two plan types are proposed: Thirty condos will be two-story two-bedroom units (each 1,432 square feet), and 30 will be two-story three-bedroom units (each 1,628 square feet).
