Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
He is a prime example of what a leader is, caring for his dental team and always ready to take care of emergency patients.
With having a family of his own, with three little kids he continues to see emergency patients and takes a risk daily with possibly being exposed to the aerosol during treatment. On a weekly basis he sends out an email to his furloughed team with encouraging words and offers to support them with anything that individual might need.
Our practice is open six days a week to help keep dental ER patients out of the hospitals, so they can care for those in need with immediate heath issues. He continues to be flexible with the changes as they come. Patients are so thankful he is available for them during this unforeseen circumstance. He is so selfless, empathetic and positive during this difficult time. He continues to encourage his team and patients. It's a great pleasure being his office manager, he is great leader in his community.
Whatโs one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
He's relatable and a great listener.
