RivCo Firefighters Rescue Kitten From Tight Space: PHOTOS

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — Riverside County firefighters came to the rescue recently of a kitten who found itself in a tight space with no way out.

The fire department shared some adorable images online of the ordeal, which involved a 4-month-old cat that had somehow found its way into a void space in the engine compartment of a sedan in the Perris area on Aug. 8.

"Firefighters jacked up and stabilized the vehicle," the fire department said in a Facebook post. "Using tools from their engine, they removed some engine guards to free... the kitten."
