Should Smoking Be Banned at All California Colleges?
The bill that would banned the behavior is going to the Governor's Desk for consideration.

SACRAMENTO, CA -- Should smoking be banned on all California college campuses? Gov. Jerry Brown will consider it.
Assembly Bill 1594, authored by Assemblyman Kevin McCarty (D-Sacramento), would ban the use of smoking and electronic cigarettes on all California State University and California Community College campuses. The University of California system adopted a tobacco-free policy in 2014.
The bill would also fine any violators up to $100.
