Toastmastersโ Innovative Planning Pathway helps you build your skills as a public speaker and leader. The projects on this path focus on developing a strong connection with audience members when you present, speech writing and speech delivery. The projects contribute to building an understanding of the steps to manage a project, as well as creating innovative solutions.
Over the course of 18 months, Loren delivered 16 project speeches and put her leadership skills to the test during the completion of a High Performance Leadership Project. Lorenโs project consisted of developing a new course which teaches entrepreneurial bookkeepers and accountants how to increase their income, attract high value clients and lighten their workload. During the project, she met with her team to outline a virtual marketing campaign and build the course inside of her business website (www.businesssuccesssolution.com). โCompleting this course was one of my 2020 goals.โ, says Loren. โThe High Performance Leadership project offered me the structure to go from concept to completion. This completed course offers accounting professionals the formula to earn more money in their business.โ
