Beloved Napa County Sheriff K-9 To Retire After 5 Years
After five years, or 35 dog years, Nash is calling it quits.
NAPA, CA — A key player in a North Bay sheriff’s K-9 unit is about to retire. For years, “Nash” has been especially helpful in cracking drug cases for the Napa County Sheriff’s Office.
Nash and his partner Sgt. Jon Thompson have patrolled the wine country together for five years.
