Vacaville Man's Livestream Shows 2 Dead Bodies, Police Say
A California man was charged with murder in connection with a livestream video that showed a man with two women who appeared unresponsive.

VACAVILLE, CA — Police arrested a man in Vacaville early Saturday on murder charges after receiving a call that someone livestreamed video on social media of himself armed beside two women lying on the ground, police said.
After a standoff that lasted nearly eight hours, police arrested Sacramento resident Raymond Michael Weber, 29, and booked him into Solano County jail on two charges of murder, the Vacaville Police Department said in a statement.
A caller at about 12:30 a.m. reported seeing a livestream on social media in which a man held a handgun as two unresponsive women lay on the floor. Officers went to an apartment building in the 500 block of Rocky Hill Road, where Weber had barricaded himself inside, officers said.

Police called in a SWAT and Critical Incident Negotiation Team and negotiated unsuccessfully with Weber to get him out of the apartment. Police evacuated surrounding apartment units and fired "distraction devices and chemical agents" to force Weber out.
Officers breached the unit and found Weber hiding inside. In what police described as "a brief struggle," an officer shocked Weber with a Taser gun and arrested him at 8:32 a.m.

Officers found two women dead inside the apartment. The cause of death was still under investigation on Monday, and the women's identities were not released pending notification of next of kin.
Weber was wanted on an outstanding warrant on various felonies, including domestic battery and assault with a deadly weapon, police said.
Anyone with information related to the case was urged to call Detective Erik Watts at 707-449-5228.
