Capell Creek Bridge Replacement: 1-Way Traffic Control To Begin
A temporary modular steel bridge is being built for motorists to use while the existing SR-128 bridge is demolished and a new one is built.

NAPA COUNTY, CA— One-way traffic control is scheduled to begin Monday on state Highway 128 over the Capell Creek Bridge in Capell Valley, according to Caltrans. The traffic control measure is to accommodate construction of the bridge replacement and is expected to remain in effect until the summer of 2021, Caltrans District 4 Spokesperson Pedro Quintana said Friday.
"Temporary traffic signals will be in place to guide the one-way traffic over the bridge and temporary barriers will be in place," Quintana said.
