Flooded Napa County Road Could Stay Closed for Days
BREAKING: The CHP says a different state route could reopen soon, however.

NAPA COUNTY, CA -- The California Highway Patrol and Caltrans said Dec. 16 two state highways in the North Bay remain closed after this week's heavy rain, but that one could reopen soon.
Highway 121 in Napa County is expected to remain closed until Monday, Dec. 19 to all traffic from Vichy Avenue to Wooden Valley Road, the CHP said. Part of the road was washed out during the Dec. 15 storm, and residents are advised to use state Highway 128. The closure was first reported around 6:35 a.m. Friday, Dec. 16.
In Solano County, state Route 113 between Fry and Hay roads south of Dixon remains closed because of overnight flooding, Caltrans said.

Caltrans has said the road may reopen by 3 p.m. Dec. 16.
In the meantime, motorists may detour from Fry Road to Valley Road to Hay Road, or Hay Road to Valley Road to Fry Road, Caltrans said.

Drivers should expect delays, Caltrans spokesman Vince Jacala said.
