Emily Gouveia's Penny is cute as a bizzy-bee in her Halloween costume but this Corgi has been blazing thru Astro's Agility course in Napa every Tuesday nite setting records against her nearest challenger Phil, handled by Ken Sjordal.

Tuesday Oct. 13 these two champs had a rude awakening when Jr. Handler Sarah Mortiz shaved 12 seconds off her best run and in her final run of just 43 seconds brought her dog Speck in for a first place finish pushing pretty Penney and spirited Phil off the first place pilings for the first time in four months and taking a first place on a 16-obstacle Novice course! Specks can expect greater competition Tuesday the 20 and 27 at 6pm, when newcomer Kirby is expected to debut and Shasta has promised to come out of retirement.

All dogs of Novice ability are welcome to compete for prizes. Non-sanctioned, fun run. $25 per entry.
