JACK Wine Announces Early Release of 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon

Aged For 22 Months Results in Pleasant Finish with Plush and Rich Tannins.

JACK is excited to announce the release of its 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon, which has received a 95 point rating from Robert Parker. Originally scheduled for a September 2018 release, co-owners Vernon Wells and Chris Iannetta decided to share this garnet-colored liquid gem early since selling out of their award winning 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon (94 point rating from Robert Parker).

“We’ve had such a great response from our previous Cab that we know our customers are going to really enjoy the 2015,” explains Iannetta.

Made by JACK winemaker Grant Long Jr., the 2015 Cab is a one-of-a-kind wine made from grapes grown on Diamond Mountain. It is guaranteed to impress family and friends with its rich aroma of black cherry, blueberry, fresh violets and mocha. The flavor profile is that of currant, plum, vanilla and nutmeg which designed to please the palate. The Cab is aged for 22 months in brand new French oak barrels and offers pleasant finish with plush and rich tannins.
