Marathon Will Close Roads in Napa Valley This Sunday
The Napa Valley Marathon kicks off at 7 am on Sunday, and some roads will be closed during the day to accommodate the runners.

NAPA COUNTY, CA -- The Napa Valley Marathon kicks off bright and early the morning of Sunday, March 5, and to accommodate the runners, some roads will be temporarily closed during the day.
The course begins at 7am in Calistoga at Hwy 128, and participants will run along Silverado Trail, Oak Knoll Avenue, Big Ranch Road, and El Centro Avenue to the finish at Vintage High School in Napa.
From State Route 128 to Yountville Crossroad, runners will be contained within the southbound lane, which will be closed; this segment will be open to CHP-escorted northbound traffic.

Silverado Trail from Yountville Crossroad to Oak Knoll Avenue, and the rest of the race course along Oak Knoll, Big Ranch and El Centro, will be closed to traffic between the hours of 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
