Napa County Gets $6 Million For Roundabouts On Highway 29

Funding for a $6 million plan to build roundabouts on state Highway 29 was approved this week.

NAPA VALLEY, CA — The Metropolitan Transportation Commission this week approved $6 million to build roundabouts on state Highway 29 in Napa County, county officials announced Thursday.

Construction could begin in spring 2023, and the project is expected to take two years to complete.

The work is part of Napa Valley Forward, an initiative to improve infrastructure, increase safety and improve traffic flow.
